In the application guidance, INZ will resume to process and finalise your application once you have secured a role that meets the requirements of skilled employment, so it doesn't seem you are restricted from hunting a job that is not fully aligned with the occupation you have claimed points from. In reality, however, with the absence of relevant educational background and work experience, you are very unlikely to get an offer which can meet the requirements of "skilled employment".
