您好， 我是 OFFSHORE 申请的，收到 ITA 了，
1） 问一下那个申请费怎么交？  （是不是只要在申请表上填写- 信用卡 的信息 就可以了？ 他们收到我的申请后会从信用卡上自动扣除申请费 吗）， 想确认一下。
2） 在我的ITA checklist中 提到 一项：

Countries lived in – Please complete the section in the application form at A13 (and H13 and P13 If
applicable) by listing the countries you have lived in for 12 months or more in the past 10 years. If you
have only lived in the country where you currently live, please answer by listing that country and if you
still live in that country then put today’s date at the end date.

我这个已经在eoi 申请表中填写了A13阿，这项还需要我提供什么东西啊？ 没明白。  在此多谢您
