中国的工作经验是否有可能加分？

我在您的这篇文章“新西兰技术移民评分表(2011.07.25更新)”中读到“工作经验加分(任何地区，含中国)”。这真是一个让人振奋的消息！但我此前浏览新西兰移民局网站时，留意到工作经验加分需要是“a comparable labour market”，我把移民局网上的文字抄录如下，麻烦您回复中国的工作经验是否可以加分，谢谢您：

A labour market is the commercial environment in which people exchange their work for income and where employers and workers ‘trade’ on the demand for, and supply of, skills.  If you do not have skilled employment or an offer of skilled employment, your work experience must have been gained in a comparable labour market in order for you to claim points.  Work experience is assessed as being in a comparable labour market if it was undertaken in one of the following countries by:  
•    a citizen or permanent resident of that country; or
•    a person who had the lawful authority to work in that country.
